Print and complete the form below and mail to the Sirius Theatrical Company at the address indicated on the form. Then go to CONTACT US and send us an email to let us know the registration is in the mail. We'll confirm when it has been received.

If paying by certified cheque, bank draft or money order, full course fees must be attached to the Registration Form.

If you would like to pay in cash, by credit card through PayPal or by Email Transfer, you must contact the office to make arrangements. Go to CONTACT US and include your name, your phone number and the name of the course. We will contact by phone to confirm the cost and details.

PLEASE NOTE: Include the annual Administration Fee of $25.00 with your course payment.
